Cars & Coffee Event - Tropical Detroit Muscle Car Club
Brothers Performance hosted the Tropical Detroit Muscle Car Club for a cars and coffee dyno event recently which actually turned out to be their monthly club get together! There were more than 75 members and their families in attendance and 45-50 American built muscle cars and trucks! We got an early start around 10am and treated our guests to freshly brewed coffee in our new Brothers Performance "Cars & Coffee Mugs" (which members were allowed to keep) along with some fresh baked pastries. During the day we were able to strap down over a dozen club member cars of all makes and models on our Dynojet chassis dyno tester and give the owners accurate Winpep printed read outs with all horsepower and torques numbers. The Club provided lunch to all members and used our new Grill, EZ up and tables to offer everyone hot dogs and hamburgers. Unfortunately the weather turned around 2.30pm and we had a storm roll through, but the members just came indoors and enjoyed our air conditioned lounge area to finish off the day's event. We look forward to seeing everyone again at the next event.
The Tropical Detroit Muscle Car Club was founded in 2013 to further promote the simple idea of having fun while spending time with friends and sharing the love of American made Muscle cars and trucks from any era. The TDMCC as it is also known does not have a president or any board members and there are no membership fees to join - All “born in Detroit” vehicles are welcome.
