These New BBK Performance Shorty Tuned Length Exhaust Headers Fit ALL 2011, 2012, 2013 or 2014 Ford F150 5.0L Coyote Truck.

These BBK Performance 1-3/4” tuned length shorty exhaust headers are available in a chrome Part 1943, polished silver ceramic finish Part 19430 or 304 stainless steel Part 19435 for maximum longevity.

ALL Primary tubes are CNC mandrel bent using 16 gauge tubing for unrestricted and increased exhaust flow for maximum horsepower and torque gains right out of the box. All BBK headers also use 3/8" thick header flanges to prevent any heat distortion and are pressure tested at the factory to ensure a leak free fit.

All kits include all required hardware and gaskets for direct installation to the rest of factory or aftermarket exhaust system.

BBK Performance also offer a direct bolt on 85mm power plus throttle body and a cold air intake for this same vehicle that will add additional performance and increased airflow.

A BBK Oil Separator Kit is a must-have for ALL Hemi engines to ensure a better fuel burn and get better overall performance by improving the fuel octane level and reducing oil vapors sent through the intake manifold.

How Does it Work?

During the process of venting crankcase pressure through your PCV valve into the intake manifold, oil vapors collect and coat the inside of your  manifold. This oil vapor will reduce the octane level of your gas and eventually ends up coating your intake valves and burning in your combustion chamber creating carbon buildup.

This happens on all engines but is a very common issue with modern high compression, high RPM engines and is drastically increased on turbocharged and supercharged engines.

An oil separator is essentially a filter that sits in between your engines crankcase and intake that will filter the oil out of the vapors traveling to your intake

These BBK Oil Separators are CNC machined from solid billet aluminum. The oil collection tank features a knurled base for easy removal to drain the captured oil and an O-ring seal to prevent leaks. A high efficiency, multi-stage filter system is used to collect the very fine oil vapor droplets and deposit them into the easily removable bottom.

This ensures only clean, oil-free air is able to pass through into the intake

What Does It Do?

The BBK Oil Separator Kit is a must-have for your Mustang GT because during the process of venting crankcase pressure back through your intake, large amounts of oil vapor can collect and coat your intake manifold.
