Returns & Warranty Policy
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for 30 days from date of purchase for a full refund as long as the item/s are unused, in their original packaging and in the original saleable condition. Returns are processed and credited back to payment method used to pay for the item originally within 3-5 days of receipt at our location. We reserve the right to charge a minimum 10% restocking fee on all items not returned within 30 days.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED
All returns must be assigned an RGA number by calling 800-486-2681 and requesting one. You will also be given the correct shipping address to return the item to at this time. Please include a copy of your receipt or your name address and phone number. Any part without an RGA number will be refused by us and sent back to original shipper. All returns must be insured for the full value to protect yourself against shipment loss. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Any part which in our professional opinion shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to the manufacture’s instructions, and/or was handled improperly, including packaging or shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration.
All products sold by Brother's Performance are covered by the manufacturer's own terms and conditions of warranty. Some manufacturers prefer to deal directly with the customer and some require that we act on their behalf. If an item meets initial requirements for a warranty inspection we will issue you instructions over the phone as to how it will be handled. Warranty items must then be sent back to manufacturer for inspection either by us or directly by you the customer. Upon approval of a warranty by the manufacturer, a new same or equal item will be shipped or credited to customer. All warranty returns must receive an RGA number by calling (800) 486-2681 and requesting one. You will also be given the correct shipping address to return the item to at this time. Brothers Performance will not be held responsible for products sold that are not covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Due to the fact that there are many variables when installing auto parts, Brothers Performance will not be held responsible for any consequential or incidental damages incurred during product installation and will not be held responsible for any labor charges on any products that are defective, do not fit, are damaged, or ordered/shipped incorrectly.
