REBATE RULES, TERMS & CONDITIONS
Purchase must be made between May 1, 2014 and June 30, 2014.
In order to receive a rebate you must:
(1) Purchase an eligible amount of product from an authorized Auto Meter
Purchase $150 USD to $299.99 USD and receive a $12.50 rebate
Purchase $300 USD to $449.99 USD and receive a $30 rebate
Purchase $450 USD to $599.99 USD and receive a $50 rebate
Purchase $600 USD to $699.99 USD and receive a $75 rebate
Purchase $700 USD or more and receive a $100 rebate
Purchase amount is the net amount and does not include tax, shipping, brokerage fees, VAT, or any other fees beyond
the net price paid for the product. Ebay, purchases from unauthorized retailers and Custom Shop purchases are not
eligible (see ampcustomshop.com for special offers on Custom Shop gauges).
(2) Complete the entire rebate request form. Rebate forms can be found online at www.autometer.com.
(3) Include the original sales receipt/invoice (make a copy for your own records) showing: retailer name, date of
purchase, part numbers purchased, and price paid.
(4) Include the original UPCs (bar codes) and part number labels from each product being claimed.
(5) Mail the completed rebate form with sales receipt/invoice and part number/UPC labels to:

All rebate requests must be post marked by July 31st, 2014 in order to qualify. No used, second hand, or reconditioned
gauges qualify for this rebate. This rebate is limited to consumers. No dealer or distributor purchases qualify. eBay purchases
& Custom Shop purchases are not eligible. Limit one rebate request per household, per rebate period. Maximum rebate amount
