    It Snowed in New York City last night but they still managed to put a 2015 Mustang Built On Top Of The Empire State! Its April people and its still snowing! Ford Motor Company are recreating this Mustang launch event for the second time. Getting a 2015 Ford Mustang convertible to the narrow observation deck of the Empire State Building 1,000 feet above the streets of Manhattan is no easy task.
