Whenever you remove a stock Mustang fan clutch in favor of a flex fan, such as those from Flex-a-lite, you must add a fan spacer kit to correct the spacing between the water pump and fan shroud. All of these lightweight aluminum fan spacer kits include longer bolts for installation.
