Hooker Super Competition LS block hugger headers are an excellent choice for your LS powered street rod. Hooker LS swap headers are constructed of lightweight 18-gauge steel with 100 percent, quality hand welded construction. These ceramic coated headers feature 3/8" thick laser cut flanges which provide maximum sealing surface for a leak-free seal and ultimate strength. The primary tubes are designed for optimum engine component clearance providing the perfect combination of performance and fit.

Designed to Perform
These Hooker Super Comp block hugger LS Headers combine lightweight 1-5/8" diameter 18 gauge steel primary tubes with 2.5" diameter collectors for increased exhaust velocity for maximum performance. They have also designed them to allow the maximum amount of clearance around the engine.

Installation
These headers are designed for street rod owners who have installed a LS-1 or derivative engine and need maximum frame rail clearance with complete access to engine mounts and starter. For proper fit of these Hooker Headers, engine swap relocation mounts (12611HKR) should be used to ensure proper location of engine into chassis.
