    Hooker Blackheart LS Swap headers are an excellent choice for your 1968-1972 GM A-Body. When used with Hooker's related swap components, such as engine mounting brackets, oil pans and transmission crossmembers. Hooker Blackheart LS swap headers are constructed of lightweight 18-gauge, 304 stainless steel with 100 percent, quality hand welded construction. These raw finish headers feature 3/8" thick laser cut flanges which provide maximum sealing surface for a leak-free seal and ultimate strength. The primary tubes are designed for optimum flow and maximum ground and engine component clearance providing the perfect combination of performance and fit.

    Designed to Perform
    These Hooker Blackheart Long Tube LS Headers combine lightweight 1-3/4" diameter stainless steel primary tubes with 10" long, 3" diameter collectors featuring merge spears for maximum flow and increased exhaust velocity creating that signature Hooker Blackheart sound. They have also designed them to allow the maximum amount of ground clearance so that they can be used on your lowered car without issues.

    Installation
    These headers are designed to assist you in the very popular LS swap into your GM A-Body. Using the engine mounting brackets and transmission crossmembers from Hooker, you can make it essentially a simple bolt on installation. Compatible with factory A/C evaporator case and stock GM LS engine spark plug wires. Bolt-in compatible with both sets of Hooker 1968-1972 A-body specific engine brackets. Does not require relocation of brake system proportioning valve.
