Returns - We offer a Full 30 Day Return Policy as long as the item/s are unused and in their original packaging in the original saleable condition.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED 
THIS MEANS THAT IF YOU WISH TO RETURN AN ITEM YOU MUST CALL US FOR AN APPROVED RGA# ( Return Goods Authorization)
This Number will be used and allow the item/s to be accepted into our correct warehouse.
ANY PART WITH OUT AN RGA# will be Refused by us and sent back to original shipper.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and a 30 day return policy from date of purchase for a full refund if terms and conditions below are met. ALL Returns are processed and credited back to payment method used to pay for the item originally within 3-5 days of receipt at our location. Check refunds require longer if item was paid for with M/O or check.
All items must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase for a refund.
All sales are final after 30 days.
All shortages, defective, damaged, incorrect or incomplete items 
MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS of delivery to be honored.

All returns must receive an RGA number by calling (800)486-2681 and requesting one – you will also be given the correct shipping address to return the item to at this time.
All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or your name address and phone number.

PLEASE NOTE: 

ALL SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS & ELECTRICAL ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE. 
All returns must be insured for the full value to protect your self against shipment loss.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Collect shipments will be refused. We strongly suggest you ship by UPS ground / Fed Ex Ground or US Mail. All parts must be returned in their original condition.
Special/Custom ordered items, electrical parts, superchargers, computer chips, programmers, books videos/DVD's, and wheels that have had tires mounted are non- returnable items.
Any part which in our professional opinion shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to the manufacture’s instructions, and/or was handled improperly, including packaging or shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. 
We reserve the right to charge a minimum 20% restocking fee on all items not returned within 30 days. All items returned will be inspected for damage, installation and use. Any parts that have been used in an abusive manner, for racing or competition etc, will not be covered under any warranty or return policy and will not be refunded. This includes breakage under any circumstance. These items will be shipped back to customer at customer's expense.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Some parts that we offer for sale are for race use only and are not legal for sale or use in California on any pollution controlled motor vehicle.
Product specification availability and pricing are all subject to change without notice. 
Brothers Performance is not responsible for print or Internet typographical and photographic errors.
Photos of product may vary from actual product shipped due to changes in product/product packaging.

Product Warranty 

All products sold by Brother's Performance Warehouse are covered by the manufacturer's own terms and conditions of warranty. Some manufacturers prefer to deal directly with the customer - some require that we act on their behalf. If an item meets initial requirements for a warranty inspection - we will issue you instructions over the phone as to how it will be handled. Warranty items must then be sent back to manufacturer for inspection either by us or directly by you the customer. Upon approval of a warranty by the manufacturer, a new same or equal item will be shipped or credited to customer.
All warranty returns must receive an RGA number by calling (800) 486-2681 and requesting one – you will also be given the correct shipping address to return the item to at this time.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from Brothers Performance for ALL warranty items.

Brothers Performance will not be held responsible for products sold that are not covered by a manufacturer's warranty. 
Some Vendors such as Ford Racing Performance Parts do not offer ANY warranty on their products.
Due to the fact that there are too many variables when installing auto parts - Brothers Performance will not be held responsible for any consequential or incidental damages incurred during product installation and will not be held responsible for any labor $$ charges on any products that are defective, "do not fit" are damaged, or ordered/shipped incorrectly.
