Steeda's patented CNC machined billet charge motion plates are a superior upgrade for your Mustang. As used on Steeda's Q335 Mustangs, Steeda's plates are .070 larger than the O.E. plates and are a better port match to the intake manifold and cylinder heads than the original plates, reducing turbulence and improving airflow in the intake path for more horsepower and torque! Beautifully CNC'd machined out of 6061-T6 aluminum for superior strength and light weight. Steeda's charge motion plates are available with tapped nitrous fitting holes for custom nitrous applications. Steeda's charge motion plates require computer recalibration for use which is available with Steeda's Xcalibrator2 or Steeda Predator tuners! Once tuned charge motion plates will not sacrifice any low end torque and provide midrange and upper rpm horsepower and torque increases. Peak increases of 10 horsepower or more have been seen on naturally aspirated applications, larger gains possible on supercharged engines

Please Note: As of the 2009 model year, Ford now molds the charge motion plates into the stock intake manifold. So they are not changable.

Time to Install: This installation should take approximately three hours to complete.

Level of Experience: Steeda recommend's a qualified technician install this item. The more savy do-it-yourselfer should be able to install this on his own.
