The progressive rate lowering kits are specifically designed for most Mustang V8 applications to improve handling characteristics while still offering a comfortable ride. These Mustang performance lowering springs will lower your car approximately 1.25 inches all around

The specific rate lowering spring kits were engineered for optimum handling on 79-04 Mustangs. These shorter stiffer springs are rated at approx 650lb front and 250lb in the rear through out the travel of the spring, they will lower your Mustang approximately 1.5" while giving you a slightly firmer ride quality they will give you the handling you need for spirited road and track use.

All kits include two front and two rear springs and can be installed with basic tools by most do it yourselfers.

We highly recommend the use of caster camber plates and offset polyurethane steering rack bushing or bump steer kits to correct front end geometry and alignment to prevent premature tire wear.
