ALL BBK Shorty Exhaust headers are manufactured with 1 5/8" CNC mandrel bent tubing for unrestrictive airflow and a one piece laser cut flange for added strength and durability.

All applications are available Shorty - Equal Length & Tuned Length for optimum power with Chrome or Silver Ceramic finishes and now Stainless Steel applications are being introduced. Applications are there for your V6, V8, 5.0, ls1, lt1, as well as Mopar powerplants!

ALL BBK Header Kits are manufacturered as the best direct replacement for factory short headers and bolt up to existing exhaust systems with no modifications to your smog system. All BBK headers are even pressure tested to ensure a leak free performance. Installing BBK shorty headers is easy vs. other brands because all of their kits include instructions, hardware and a pair of new gaskets.
