All credit card offers are verified before orders are shipped for customer's protection. We actively investigate and report any fraudulent use of credit cards with the FBI and the credit card companies and will prosecute to the full extent of the law.

All orders shipped to Florida will the appropriate local sales tax added at checkout

We are not obligated to, and do not, collect state-specific sales tax outside the state of Florida. If your order ships to any state listed in red font in the below table your purchase will be subject to state use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Please note that the purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the internet. These states require that a taxpayer file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting and paying use tax on those purchases that are not specifically exempt from taxation where sales tax was not charged on the invoice. Tax return forms can be found on your state's website. Brothers Performance recommends that you check your state and local tax regulations regarding internet purchases for orders being shipped to any other state outside of Florida.
