Product Warranty
All products sold by Brother's Performance Warehouse are covered by the manufacturer's own terms and conditions of warranty. Some manufacturers prefer to deal directly with the customer - some require that Brothers Performance acts on their behalf. If an item meets initial requirements for a warranty inspection - we will issue you instructions over the phone as to how it will be handled. Warranty items must then be sent back to manufacturer for inspection either by Brothers or directly by you the customer. Upon approval of a warranty by the manufacturer, a new same or equal item will be shipped or credited to customer.
All warranty returns must receive an RGA number by calling (800) 486-2681 and requesting one – you will also be given the correct shipping address to return the item to at this time.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from Brothers Performance for ALL warranty items.

Brothers Performance will not be held responsible for products sold that are not covered by a manufacturer's warranty.
Some Vendors such as Ford Racing Performance Parts do not offer any warranty on their products.
Brothers Performance will not be held responsible for any consequential or incidental damages incurred during installation and will not be held responsible for any labor charges on any products that are defective, damaged, or ordered incorrectly.
