Exhaust out-flow is one of the most critical aspects of performance. As you increase the amount of air coming into the motor (with Cold Air Intakes, Throttle Bodies, Superchargers, etc), the need to more larger volumes of air out through the exhaust. Long Tube headers are the best bet to realize the motor's true potential both torque & horsepower that you can install.
Don't forget to pick up a matching short X- or H-pipe to complete the installation! Long tube headers DO NOT work with factory-style Mid-pipes!
