PRICING - Due to print advertising lead times, all prices are subject to change without prior notice. Brothers Performance cannot anticipate price increases that manufacturers impose throughout the year, leading to increased retail pricing.
SHIPPING- All orders placed with Brothers Performance are shipped via Fed Ex ground (to the 48 contiguous United States) unless otherwise specified or requested at time order is placed. UPS service is also available upon request. Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, 3 Day Air and Next day air Saturday delivery services are available upon request (additional charges apply to all air shipments). Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. If an order is refused by customer original shipping charges will not be refunded, product charges will refunded less additional shipping charges to deliver product back to Brothers Performance.
- All items are insured when shipped from Brothers Performance. If an item is lost by the carrier we will make a claim for payment. When claim is paid or acknowledged by the carrier a new part(s) will be sent at no charge. If customer wishes to obtain parts lost immediately, customer will be responsible for additional charges and will be credited back upon receipt of payment claim from carrier.
- All shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico must ship via air (additional air charges will apply).
- All APO & PO box addresses are shipped via USPS. Please note there are size restrictions and some large packages cannot be shipped via USPS (cat backs, x pipes etc.)
- Some heavy/oversize parts (body kits, axle assembly's, engines, hoods etc.) can only be shipped via LTL truck to local LTL depot. Actual charges apply, plus handling fee. Additional charges for LTL home delivery may apply.
- Some large items carry an oversize charge when shipped via Fed Ex or UPS (additional charges apply)
- We accept all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card.
- We also accept pre-payment by check or money order. All funds will be verified before shipping and guaranteed by Secure Payment systems. Any check/ money order that is not able to be verified will be deposited and merchandise will not be shipped until funds have cleared our account.
- All orders paid for by credit card will be shipped only to credit card billing address on file with credit card company, unless alternative shipping address is added or on file with the credit card company. Alternate addresses can be added by the card holder by calling the customer service 800 number on the back of the card.
- We require all alternate addresses to be added and verified before shipping. Please supply us your credit card customer service number in the 'Comments' section at checkout so we can verify.
- Brothers Performance requires the 3 digit security numbers off back of card holders credit card (Visa/Mastercard) at time order is placed for verification. This 4 digit number is located on the front of the card for American Express.
- ALL CREDIT CARD ORDERS are verified before orders are shipped for customer's protection.
- We actively investigate and report any fraudulent use of credit cards with the FBI and the credit card companies, and will prosecute to the full extent of the law.
- All COD orders are shipped via Fed Ex ground (no air shipments) and are CASH ONLY( no other form of payment is accepted) An additional $14.00 COD fee applies.
- All overseas orders must be prepaid by wire transfer only, we do not accept credit cards for overseas orders. All orders will be held until payment is complete before shipping. Actual shipping charges will apply, or customer can make his/her own arrangements with a freight forwarder.
- All in-stock items are usually shipped immediately; back order items will be shipped as soon as they become available or drop shipped from the manufacturer, which may result in multiple shipments. You will only be charged for parts that ship. Back-ordered parts will be charged as they become available.
- To check status on your order or to obtain tracking information please call 951-735-8880 and use option #2 to speak with customer service. You can also email sales@brothersperformance.com, and include your order number, and we will forward tracking numbers to you as soon as the item(s) ship.
- Shipping charges for all web orders are 4% of the total amount excluding tax of purchase (exclusions apply see above) for the 48 contiguous states.
- For all orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, actual shipping charges will not be reflected on your order confirmation at checkout. Actual air charges will apply (additional charge).
- A handling fee of $7.95 applies to all orders and California sales tax will be added at 7.75% to all California orders. There is NO SALES TAX for orders shipped outside of California.
- Additional shipping charges may be charged over amount shown on your order confirmation if item is oversized, shipments to be made by LTL or if item carries a flat rate shipping charge. These items are marked as such in item description on the site.
PRODUCT WARRANTY - 30 Day Return Policy- Product specification availability and pricing are all subject to change without notice. Product photos advertised may vary.
- Brothers Performance is not responsible for print or Internet typographical and photographic errors.
- Brothers Performance offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee with a 30 day return policy from date of purchase for a full refund if terms and conditions below are met. ALL Returns are processed within 3-5 days of receipt.
- All sales are final after 30 days.
- All shortages, defective, damaged, incorrect or incomplete items MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS of delivery to be honored.
- All products sold by Brother's Performance Warehouse are covered by the manufacturer's own terms of warranty - usually 90 days. Warranty items will be sent back to manufacturer for inspection and determination. Upon approval by the manufacturer, a new item will be shipped
- Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from Brothers Performance for ALL warranty items.
- For warranty information on specific vendors, please contact Brothers Performance at (951) 735-8880.
- Brothers Performance will not be held responsible for products sold that are not covered by a manufacturer's warranty.
- Some Vendors such as Ford Motorsport and Ford Racing Performance Parts do not offer any warranty on their products.
- Brothers Performance will not be held responsible for any consequential or incidental damages incurred during installation and will not be held responsible for any labor charges on any products that are defective, damaged, or ordered incorrectly.
RETURNS- All returns must receive an RGA number by calling (951) 735-8880 and requesting one.
- All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.
- All returns must be insured for the full value to protect yourself against shipment loss.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Collect shipments will be refused. We strongly suggest you ship by UPS ground / Fed Ex Ground or US Mail. All returns are to be shipped to: Brothers Performance Warehouse 2012 Railroad Street, Corona, CA 92880.
- All parts must be returned in their original condition.
- All items must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase for a refund.
- Special/Custom ordered items, electrical parts, computer chips, programmers, books videos/DVD's, and wheels that have had tires mounted are non- returnable items.
- Any part which in our professional opinion shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to the manufactur's instructions, and/or was handled improperly, including packaging or shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a minimum 20\% restocking fee on all items not returned within 30 days.
- All items returned will be inspected for damage, installation and use. Any parts that have been used in an abusive manner, for racing or competition etc., will not be covered under any warranty or return policy and will not be refunded. This includes breakage under any circumstance. These items will be shipped back to customer at customer's expense.
NOTE: Some parts are not legal for sale or use in California on any pollution controlled motor vehicle.
